Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DialAgentMart's website, mobile app, and related services (together, the "Service"). By browsing, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to create a DialAgentMart account. You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to sign in — we verify it with a one-time password (OTP) before activating your account.

DialAgentMart is an AI-first property discovery platform. We help you search, filter, and get AI-guided recommendations for property listings sourced from MyAgentMart, an independent broker platform where agents publish their inventory. We are the demand-side (buyer/renter-facing) companion to that platform — we do not own, manage, or control the listings themselves, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and an agent.

DialAgentMart is free to use. Browsing, searching, using DIA to get recommendations, running Property Hunts, and contacting the listing agent cost nothing, and we take no payments from you.

You're responsible for keeping your phone number and OTP access secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We use your phone number, not a password, as your login credential — anyone who can receive OTPs on your number can access your account, so keep your SIM and device secure.

The information you give us (name, email, city, etc.) must be accurate. You can view and update most of it any time in Profile and Settings.

A Property Hunt is a standing requirement you create so we can keep matching new inventory against it, free of charge. If nothing in current inventory matches, we may broadcast an anonymized version of your requirement (no name, phone, email, or exact address) to relevant agents so they can respond with matching properties. Creating a Hunt doesn't guarantee a match, and agent responses aren't reviewed or endorsed by us before they reach you.

Property listings, prices, availability, photos, and descriptions are provided by agents on MyAgentMart, not by DialAgentMart. We do not independently verify agents, ownership, legal title, or the accuracy of any listing. Before making any decision — and certainly before any payment or agreement — you should independently verify a property's legal status, documents, and the identity of the person you're dealing with.

We're not responsible for listings added by agents, for any agent's conduct, or for the outcome of any transaction you enter into with one.

DIA, our AI assistant, and the match scores, reasons, and recommendations it and our matching systems produce, are generated automatically from your stated and inferred preferences. They're intended to help you narrow down options, not as professional real-estate, legal, or financial advice, and they can be wrong or incomplete. Always verify important details yourself before acting on them.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
• Attempt to circumvent, exploit, or abuse the Service's rate limits.
• Scrape, systematically extract, or resell listing data, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use.
• Impersonate another person, create multiple accounts to evade limits, or provide false information when registering.
• Harass, defraud, or misrepresent yourself to agents contacted through information obtained via the Service.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, suspending, or terminating an account, as described in Suspension and termination.

The DialAgentMart name, logo, app, and software are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Listing content (photos, descriptions, pricing) belongs to the respective agents and MyAgentMart. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial property discovery only.

The Service relies on third-party providers — including MSG91 (SMS/OTP delivery), Firebase (push notifications), and our AI processing partners. Your use of features backed by these providers is also subject to their own terms and policies where applicable.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Security > Deactivate Account, or by contacting support@spyderai.in. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse of the Service, or if required by law. Where practical, we'll tell you why. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply after your account ends.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing, recommendation, or match will be accurate or lead to a successful transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DialAgentMart and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any transaction, dispute, or interaction with an agent or other third party you engage with through information obtained via the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or as law requires. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, notify you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use DialAgentMart after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
